Citrusbug is looking for a Human Resource Executive to join the HR team in identifying the hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities which include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews and on boarding the candidates. IT industry knowledge is a MUST. Preparing required documents and organising events as and when required.

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment with excellent english communication.
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
Must be able to meet individual and team recruitment targets set by management.
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for Senior, Mid-level and Fresher's hiring
Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
Maintain employee personnel files – both hard copies and online copies
Prepare employment, salary increment, promotion letters etc.
Organise month end events , festival celebrations etc.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
