We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our IT Services & Consulting team. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior Business Analysts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. This role involves creating essential documents such as PRD, BRD, FRS, SRS, and conducting impact analysis. The candidate will also assist development teams in clarifying functional requirements and perform functional testing to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior Business Analysts in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Prepare critical documentation such as PRD (Product Requirements Document), BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRS (Functional Requirement Specification), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and perform Impact Analysis.
  • Collaborate with the development team to clarify functional requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct functional testing to validate that business requirements are met.
  • Provide regular updates, status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
