Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or virtual HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds.
  • Coordinate with department heads for requirement gathering and interview feedback.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from job posting to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMS systems.
  • Support in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
  • Support performance management, policy implementation, and compliance-related documentation.
