Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Business Analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements (BRD, PRD, FRS, SRS, Impact Analysis).
  • Work closely with Senior BA, Business, Development teams to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation.
  • Share regular updates and coordinate with internal/external teams, including overseas clients and projects.
  • Gain hands-on experience with real projects, client coordination, and accountability.

  • Some days, the workload is light — you may finish early and log off.
  • Some days, deadlines matter — the team steps up and delivers together.
  • This role is not about long working hours.

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / ME/ M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with at least 75%
