Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with internal teams on assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Report daily updates on task progress — whether completed or pending — along with issues, delays, or roadblocks.
  • Collect and consolidate project status information to present clear summaries to the Founder and management.
  • Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or bottlenecks proactively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of task updates, communication logs, and project reports.
  • Support leadership in improving coordination, communication, and workflow efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech (preferred) or B.Com

skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assertive, proactive, and confident in handling multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Quick learner with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Energetic, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in digital tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to think critically, act decisively, and collaborate effectively.
